Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with established protocols.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Qualifications

Valid nursing license and relevant certifications.
Proven experience as a Clinical Nurse, preferably at Level II or equivalent.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
