The Clinical Nurse II provides high‑quality, direct patient care in a fast‑paced office‑based urgent care setting. Using the nursing process as the foundation for practice, this role supports patients with acute and episodic care needs while working closely with an interdisciplinary care team.

Epic experience preferred
1-year emergency department experience preferred
ACLS certification preferred
Schedule:
Rotating every other weekend
Monday-Friday 9a-7p
Saturday-Sunday 9a-5p.
Job Description:
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to patients and families in an urgent care setting
- Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Deliver safe, timely, and patient‑centered care
- Collaborate with providers and clinical team members
- Follow evidence‑based practice, safety standards, and clinical protocols
- Support quality improvement and excellent patient experiences
Training & Support
- Training, evaluation, and competency validation are overseen by a Nurse Leader
- Ongoing support to ensure clinical confidence and professional growth

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
- License Registered Nurse required.
- American Heart Association - Basic Life Support Certification
- 1-3 years related work experience required.
- Basic familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a teaching hospital and specialty area expertise
Pay Range:
$37.00 - $95.74
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
