8:00am - 5:30pm
Assists Rehab Director in supervising and directing nursing care and all related activities of the service. Assures maintenance of the environment of care and all applicable standards/policies (e.g. established ATRIUM MEDICAL CENTER policies, procedures and standards of care, CARF, OSHA, ODH, JCAHO and other accrediting bodies). Utilizes principles of the nursing process in providing care for patients. Builds and develops the patient care team using staff personnel, assistance to physicians, material and equipment, education of personnel and administrative duties. Administers orientation and continuing education activities and promotes excellence in clinical practice through interpretation of standards of care and provision of guidance and educational interventions. Accountable to the organization to understand and support the hospital’s mission, visions and values
Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree

Minimum Level of Experience Required: 3 - 5 years of job related experience
Prior job title or occupational experience: Minimum 3 years’ hospital experience in pertinent clinical specialty and 2 years’ in leadership/management/charge role.
