Qualifications:

  • Required Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
  • Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
  • Certifications: Completes Hospital and required nursing competencies, mandatory in-services/MyEducation assignments and relevant certifications (ex. BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.) within required time frame.

We are expanding from 61 to 73 beds, including six larger trauma bays and a dedicated 13-bed behavioral health area. The new ICU-like layout will enhance patient care with smaller room pods and improved nurse visibility. The waiting area will also be expanded for greater comfort. The project is scheduled for completion in 2027, increasing the ED's size to over 65,000 square feet from the current 39,000 square feet.
