Your Role As An Electrophysiology RN

As an Electrophysiology Registered Nurse, you will:

Coordinate and collaborate with team members to prepare cases, organize rooms, and assist with setup and takedown before and after procedures.
Circulate during procedures, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Assist the anesthesiologist with anesthesia induction and intubation.
Anticipate patient-specific needs during cases and support the team during critical situations to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Take a lead role in patient care, including:

Conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating progress toward expected outcomes.
Taking primary responsibility for the care delivered by the Care Team under your supervision.

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification

Bachelor's degree in nursing
