Payrate: $18.00
Hours: must be available between 8a-9pm (willing to work 4-hour to 12-hour shifts)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
  • Assist with medication reminders and meal preparation
  • Support mobility, including transfers and manual patient handling
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist individuals with dementia or developmental disabilities
  • Implement behavior management techniques as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years caregiving experience preferred
  • Experience with bedbound clients, dementia care, hospice, transfers, and gait belt use preferred
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Car Insurance (Required)
  • Reliable transportation (Required)
Location Requirement:
Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute in the St. Louis, MO (Chesterfield area). If not already local, relocation prior to start date is required.
