Payrate: $18.00
Hours: must be available between 8a-9pm (willing to work 4-hour to 12-hour shifts)

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Assist with medication reminders and meal preparation
Support mobility, including transfers and manual patient handling
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist individuals with dementia or developmental disabilities
Implement behavior management techniques as needed
Perform light housekeeping

Qualifications:

1+ years caregiving experience preferred
Experience with bedbound clients, dementia care, hospice, transfers, and gait belt use preferred
Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License (Required)
Car Insurance (Required)
Reliable transportation (Required)

Location Requirement:
Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute in the St. Louis, MO (Chesterfield area). If not already local, relocation prior to start date is required.
