Wage Range: $34.91 - $38.71 per hour based on experience

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

  • Assess, develop, and evaluate resident care plans.
  • Manage common geriatric conditions (cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, etc.).
  • Supervise LPNs, TMAs, and Nursing Aides.
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring effectiveness.
  • Oversee medication, equipment, & supply management per policy.
  • Document care using electronic charting systems.
  • Communicate resident status changes to physicians, families, and clinical managers.
  • Maintain a respectful, team-oriented work environment.
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
  • Current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
  • Passion for providing quality nursing care to older adults.
