Join our skilled nursing team at the Monticello Hospital as an Administrative Supervisor. As the nursing administrative leader on staff, you'll have shift responsibility for patient, staff, and facilities on the hospital campus. You'll be working weekends, so you'll be the go-to for any administrative issues that arise. You will lead and coordinate daily workflow, monitor and make adjustments based on work requirement in day-today staffing and scheduling, have outstanding communication, and identify and work to resolve issues, among other leadership responsibilities.
