Registered Nurse Administrative Supervisor

Join our skilled nursing team at the Monticello Hospital as an Administrative Supervisor.

As the nursing administrative leader on staff, you'll have shift responsibility for patient, staff, and facilities on the hospital campus. You'll be working weekends, so you'll be the go-to for any administrative issues that arise. You will lead and coordinate daily workflow, monitor and make adjustments based on work requirement in day-today staffing and scheduling, have outstanding communication, and identify and work to resolve issues, among other leadership responsibilities. The departments that you will oversee include: Med/Surg, ICU, Geriatric Behavioral Health Unit (GBHU), Birth Center, Emergency Department, On-call Surgical Services, Respiratory Therapy, Lab and Imaging!

Schedule:

Part-time position- 48 hours every two weeks
Available shifts are from Monday-Friday from 6:30pm-7am,
Every third weekend 6:30pm -7am, rotating holidays

Pay and Benefits:

Starting pay begins at $46.48 per hour
- Pay Range: $46.48-$69.74

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree
Bachelors degree of Nursing preferred.
Registered Nurse License in the state of Minnesota.
2 years Registered Nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ability to obtain within 3 months
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledgeable of regulatory standards.
