Adherence to infection control protocols, safety procedures, and hospital policies is required at all times. The RN also participates in ongoing professional development and continuing education to maintain and enhance clinical skills. Qualifications: The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and maintains a current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and depending on the department, certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) may be necessary. Strong clinical assessment, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills are essential for success in this role. Working Conditions: This position is based in a fast-paced healthcare environment and requires physical stamina, emotional resilience, and the ability to manage high-stress situations.
