EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
BSN preferred
Current RN License in the state of Texas
Bilingual preferred
Pediatric experience required
Critical Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: a. Performs the primary function of a professional nurse in assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating nursing care provided to patients. This position will, during his/her shift operate without Unit Clerk, Respiratory Therapy, Stroke Team, OB Support, Code Blue support, Phlebotomy and House Supervisor. FED Registered Nurses are responsible for, but not limited to Ventilator Management, Lab Draws including ABGs, placing phone calls and receiving/answering phone calls, paging on call resources, Responding/Activating Code Blue and Housekeeping as needed. Position does work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, overtime, and/or on an on-call/call-back status. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: a. RN Licensure in State of Texas b.
