A school-based registered nurse is needed to provide individualized care for students with complex medical needs. This role requires one-on-one nursing support in a classroom setting, supporting children aged 3 to 15, many of whom are wheelchair-bound and require ventilator management.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized nursing care to a small group of seven students within an educational environment.
Manage ventilator support and other medical equipment safely and effectively.
Monitor health status and respond promptly to any medical emergencies.
Collaborate with educational staff to ensure a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided.
Communicate with families and healthcare providers as necessary to coordinate care plans.

Qualifications and Experience:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
Proven experience providing 1:1 nursing care in pediatric or educational settings.
