Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional in-home care to clients when coverage is needed
Support and mentor caregivers through onboarding, training, and day-to-day guidance
Assist with scheduling, caregiver coordination, and office tasks
Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Keep client records and care documentation accurate and up to date
Contribute to a welcoming, team-oriented office environment
Be on-call 1-2 times a month.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in senior care, healthcare, or a related field
CNA or HHA certification preferred (but not required)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to lead and support others
Ability to pass a background check
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
