Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents in accordance with care plans
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Accurately document care provided and report any changes in resident condition
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety at all times
Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

Active Florida CNA License (Required)
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
Genuine passion for caring for seniors and ensuring excellent resident outcomes
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
