Job Description

  • Interacts with users of the EMS/ERS system to ensure proper reporting, investigation, and documentation of incidents.
  • Analyzes events to identify patterns and trends, providing insights for risk management.
  • Prepares and submits monthly and annual reports to regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
  • Reports serious events involving injury to patients, visitors, or associates immediately to leadership.
  • Works with leadership to determine whether a serious safety event has occurred using established criteria.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
