Position Overview for Certified Med Tech:
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Certified Med Techs to assist our residents with their daily living activities while ensuring their medical needs are met. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a heart for service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities as a Certified Med Tech:

  • Medication Administration: Administer medications to residents according to their service plans and monitor for any side effects.

  • Personal Care Support: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility, promoting their dignity and independence.

  • Documentation: Accurately document residents' health statuses and any changes, adhering to community standards and regulations.

  • Emotional Support: Provide emotional and social support to residents, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.

  • Safety and Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations and community standards to ensure the well-being of residents.

Psych Tech The Psychiatric Technician reports to the department manager and provides routine direct services and care to clients of the crisis departments. They serve as an advocate and role model for all crisis service clients; supervises activities and upholds client rights including confidentiality.
