A well established Long Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility in Lima, Ohio is seeking an experienced and compassionate Unit Manager to join our leadership team.

This role is ideal for a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse who enjoys clinical leadership, staff development, and delivering high quality resident care.

Qualifications

  • Active, Unemcumbered LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio

  • Previous long term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

  • Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred

  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to lead and support nursing staff while ensuring compliance with regulations

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day clinical operations of assigned unit

  • Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff

  • Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
