Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Monitor, measure, and accurately record vital signs
Observe residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff
Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment to promote resident comfort and safety
Provide respectful, compassionate care in accordance with facility policies and care plans

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Minimum of one (1) year of nursing home experience
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Basic computer skills for electronic documentation
