Your Role in Action

  • Welcome young patients and families—collect vitals, gather histories, and ensure they feel safe and heard.

  • Assist during exams: record, document, and support providers in smooth, efficient care delivery.

  • Administer point-of-care testing, basic lab work, and injections while keeping records accurate and secure.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required.

  • Preferred: at least 1 year of clinical experience, Healthcare Provider CPR, understanding of medical terminology, lab values, HIPAA, and infection control.
