What is Required?

High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
2 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Experience in Medicaid/Medicare home health care benefits, policies, and procedures is preferred
CPR certification with American Heart Association or America Red Cross
Ability to meet physical demands of the job
Passion for patient care
