Position Summary:

As a CNA, you’ll provide hands-on care to residents under the guidance of our licensed nursing staff. You’ll help ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and treated with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in shift reports and document care accurately
Assist residents with daily living tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, etc.)
Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure)
Maintain clean and sanitary resident areas and equipment
Assist with meals and hydration
Provide mobility support and range-of-motion exercises
Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality
Report any signs of abuse, neglect, or unusual behavior
Support residents with compassion and care—every step of the way

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and 100 lbs with assistance
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move frequently throughout your shift
Capable of using standard care and safety equipment
