Shift Time: 7am – 7:40pm / 7pm- 7:40am (12-Hour Shifts)

Schedule Options: Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.

  • Perform physical assessments and monitor for changes in resident conditions.

  • Document clinical data thoroughly in electronic medical records (EMR).

  • Supervise and support CNAs to ensure a high standard of daily living assistance.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and sterile environment following all infection control protocols.

 

Requirements

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York State.

  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must meet health requirements, including TB test and physical.

  • A compassionate approach to geriatric and rehabilitative care.

  • Reliable and professional work ethic.
