Plan, direct, and manage University Health Dermatology operations and staff to assure quality nursing care. Responsible for meeting regulatory standards, complying with corporate policy and procedures, assists in managing supplies and equipment for the clinic for promoting teamwork with physicians and all health care providers, for promoting internal and external customer satisfaction, and for appropriate resource management.  Has primary responsibility for ensuring safe and efficient throughput of patients within Dermatology Services. 

Minimum Requirements

• Baccalaureate in Nursing or a Graduate degree in Nursing.  
• Maintain current Missouri license as a professional nurse (RN).
• Demonstrated experience in leadership
• Current BCLS certification.
• Current PALS certification -  OR must obtain within 1 yr Five years nursing experience.
• Four years experience in specialty.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree Two years progressive leadership experience.
• 1-2 years MOHS experience
