Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee the clinical operations of our long-term care facility, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You will be responsible for managing nursing staff, developing care plans, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff.
  • Oversee patient care plans and ensure they meet the needs of residents.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Monitor and improve the quality of care provided to residents.
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in Missouri.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in long-term care.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for long-term care facilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
