Certified Nursing Assistant
The CNA is a member of the patient care team. Their duties include patient preparation for surgery/procedure, obtain patient vitals, moving patients, assist with bay/bed turnover, restocking units, and a variety clinical tasks in the pre-op setting.
Essential job functions:
1. Assist patients with admission and discharge process
2. Assist nurses with patient scheduling, PreOp calls, discharged patient follow up calls,
3. Complete tasks as assigned by nurses.

Experience, Training & Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-6 months of previous experience in a hospital or ambulatory surgical center.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; CNA or MA certification preferred.
- Language preferred: Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean.
