Responsibilities:

Accomplishes job duties in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
Recognizes and responds to priorities in the performance of his/her duties.
Cooperatively responds in performing resident care tasks.
Assists and/or provides reminders to residents in the performance of “Activities of Daily Living”.
Maintains a clean and safe environment for self, residents, and others.
Performs housekeeping and laundry tasks as assigned.
Assists with the operations of the facility.
Participates in fire drills and other safety and risk management activities
Demonstrates a cooperative manner in meeting the special event needs of the facility

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous caregiving experience either in Assisted Living or other health care setting preferred.
Annual TB testing and/or screening.
Must be able to lift and perform frequent bending.
Must have knowledge of practices and procedure of caregiving care sufficient enough to follow accepted practices.
