Job Summary

Responsibilities involve guiding nursing research projects for teams. Offer support to research groups to ensure the process is clear to nursing staff. Provide advice to colleagues starting research projects. The goal is to enhance practice through research findings. Ensure research results are used effectively to improve nursing practice.

  • Work closely with Nursing Director and other managers to identify research questions that support organization's goals.
  • Streamline the research process for the nursing staff, encouraging enhancement of their professional growth.
  • Supervise research projects while offering valuable suggestions on research framework and methods.

Job Description We are searching for a Physician Assistant or a Nurse Practitioner who is motivated to work in an exciting pediatric setting! In this position, you will practice in an advanced role to provide developmentally appropriate and age-appropriate health maintenance for well children, episodic care for ill children, and comprehensive care for children with chronic conditions. The NP or PA works under a delineation of clinical privileges and will work collaboratively with other members of the health care team.
