Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care

  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans

  • Accurately document care and communicate effectively with team members

  • Supervise nursing staff during shift and ensure quality standards are met

  • Promote a safe and positive environment for residents and staff

  • Participate in team meetings and support ongoing staff development


Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license in the State of Missouri (required)

  • Graduate of an approved nursing program

  • Current CPR/BLS certification

  • Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and clinical skills
