JOB HIGHLIGHTS--Memory Care Director

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join the administration team as the Memory Care Director. You will support the day-to-day operations of an assigned Memory Care residence, including departmental function, property management and resident services. You will make a difference in the lives of families by ensuring their loved one receives excellent holistic care.

Responsibilities--Memory Care Director

  • Assisting with the oversight of property management, personnel administration and resident services
  • Providing direct supervision of all direct care staff, including hiring, training, staffing, coaching, and quality of service
  • Supporting department leaders with social history assessments, life enrichment programs, and family meetings
  • Ensuring operations adhere to all applicable laws and regulations
