Multi-tasking, Clinical and Rehabilitation Teamwork, Primary care nursing model, good teamwork with Licensed Nursing Staff, Rehabilitation staff and the Interdisciplinary Team, Proficient in nursing standard of care skills, Identifying changes in condition and reporting of changes, Pain Management of the patient, excellent customer service with on-going measured customer satisfaction as evaluation process.

Answers telephone and performs other clerical functions as necessary (screen calls according to urgency and need). Must train and maintain proficiency in the use of computer equipment and other computer program training as requested. Assist surgeon with operative procedures both in the office and Operating Room if necessary 14. Maintain infection control measures including but not limited to proper cleaning of surgical equipment and use of autoclave 15. Proficient with autoclave sterilization process 16. Knowledge and proficiency of dressing changes and suture removal 17. Assess signs and symptoms of infection and reporting to surgeon and/or provider 18. Hepatitis checks and protocol to protect surgeon, patient, and nurse 19. May perform high level disinfection, based on departmental equipment. Other Duties: 1.
