Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking a Part-Time RN Supervisor for the 2:30pm-10:30pm shift. Duties/Responsibilities : • Assists in planning, organizing, directing, supervising and evaluating all nursing services provided in the facility to achieve desired clinical and financial outcomes. • Assist in ensuring that facility is in compliance with all regulatory requirements. • Assists to ensure physicians make visits as required • Assists in ensuring necessary equipment, supplies, and staffing are available for the delivery of the prescribed resident/patient care. • Completes rounds of the facility at least daily to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations. • Coordinates the care of residents on assigned shift. Communicates shifts concerns by unit to appropriate staff (via e-mails, voice mail, etc.). Requirements/Qualifications : • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care setting. • Licensed in NYS as a registered nurse. • Ability to supervise and discipline staff and ensure that high standards of care are maintained as necessary.
