This full-time, regular/at-will position is integral to our commitment to providing exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will assist licensed personnel in a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining patient comfort, hygiene, and well-being. Essential functions of the role include attending to patients' personal hygiene needs, assisting with activities of daily living, performing intake and output measurements, checking vital signs, collecting specimens, and providing post-mortem care. The role also involves ensuring patient comfort, working effectively as part of a healthcare team, assisting in the orientation of new employees, and utilizing resources in a safe and efficient manner. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for both patients and co-workers is paramount, as is the transportation of patients and equipment when necessary. Prompt response to patients' call lights and requests, reporting patient observations to nurses, and maintaining a professional demeanor are also key responsibilities.
