Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN or LPN to join our team. As a Weekend Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing staff on the weekends. You will work closely with our weekend team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. This position is a set schedule, every Saturday and Sunday from 7a.m. to 7p.m. with full time options available.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff on weekends, including LPNs and CNAs
Ensure that all resident needs are met, including medical, emotional, and spiritual needs
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care
Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports, including resident charts and statistical reports
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure that our facility is in compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with the administrative team to develop and implement policies and procedures
Ensure that admissions are completed timely and efficiently

Requirements:

Current RN or LPN license
Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role
Must be willing to work every Saturday and Sunday with the option of an additional day during the week but not required
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
