Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Monitor and document residents’ health status and responses to care

  • Communicate with residents, families, and the care team professionally

  • Assist in supervising STNAs and contributing to quality care delivery

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current, valid LPN license in the state of Ohio

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
