We help individuals make informed decisions about their reproductive health, family planning options, and sexuality. Under the supervision of the Director of Abortion Services and in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer, Director of Clinical Services and other clinical leaders, the Charge Nurse leads registered nurses in a multidisciplinary team providing quality patient-centered care in both clinical and administrative care settings. They will ensure clinical compliance with regulatory requirements as defined by the state, federal, Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) standards and guidelines, and Planned Parenthood of Maryland (PPM) policies and guidelines. In addition to providing on-site supervision, training, and support to the nursing staff, they will provide direct nursing and patient care services in support of the PPM mission.
