Provide clinical services at an average rate of 4-5 patients/hour or greater, using PPFA and PPM standards and guidelines without compromising care. Participate in health center/affiliate efforts to achieve established revenue cycle goals. Conduct centralized follow-up for labs, radiology studies and referrals, as indicated and in accordance with PPM policies and procedures. Serve as a telephone resource for clients or medical information calls. Provide referrals and ensure follow-up.
