We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Full Time Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Reviews results of lab and diagnostic tests and makes adjustment to the treatment plan accordingly. Assures all entries to the medical record, paper or electronic, are appropriate, timed, dated, signed and legible.
