The nurse delivers care to individuals in a community setting utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The Nursing Supervisor will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with learning physical, intellectual, emotional, and social life skills. This person delivers care to individuals with disabilities in a community setting, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. This person additionally effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
