Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Registered Nurse, located in Baton Rouge, LA. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and ensure comprehensive care plans are followed. The role includes collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate patient records. The position requires flexibility and commitment to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical environment.

Qualifications

Current registered nursing license in the state of Louisiana
Proficiency in patient care, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs
Strong teamwork and communication skills for working with interdisciplinary teams
Ability to educate patients and families on treatment plans and healthcare management
Experience with maintaining and updating patient records accurately in a timely manner
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting
Preferred qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), certifications in advanced life support (e.g., ACLS), and experience in specialized areas (e.g., emergency care, cardiac, or stroke care)
