Key Responsibilities

  • Provide highquality nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.

  • Monitor residents’ conditions, document changes, and promptly report concerns to the RN Supervisor/Unit Manager.

  • Complete required documentation in the EMR system in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.

  • Support CNAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident outcomes.

  • Respond to emergencies and follow established protocols.

  • Maintain infection control and safety standards throughout the shift.

Qualifications

  • Active LPN license in the state of Arkansas (or ability to obtain).

  • Prior experience in skilled nursing or longterm care strongly preferred.

  • Strong assessment, communication, and timemanagement skills.

  • Ability to work independently during night hours while supporting a team environment.

  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident dignity and quality care.

Schedule

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • Full-time or part-time positions available

Reviews and clears HCHB coordination notes and processes administrative task workflows in an accurate and timely manner Obtains orders from physicians, including verbal, written and faxed orders, and enters into appropriate system for CTM review and approval. Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws.
