What You'll Do The Cardiology Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive cardiovascular care across the care continuum. This care will be provided in outpatient and inpatient hospital settings. Cardiology NP will hold independent clinics in outpatient setting under the guidance and collaboration with collaborating physicians. Work with the Cardiology team to conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and perform physical exams. Collaborate with cardiologists and other medical providers to develop and coordinate treatment plans.
