The Skilled Nursing Unit RN provides professional direct and indirect resident care in an organized manner that reflects initiative, flexibility, and responsibility with a minimal of supervision.

Education:

Graduate of accredited school of nursing.

Experience: 

One year Long Term Care experience.

Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations:                                                

Current registration to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse within the State of Florida.  Current BLS and ACLS required.  PALS recommended.

Checks each chart for completeness prior to releasing record to health information. · Must demonstrate dependable, regular attendance · Must be able to communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team · Provides a safe environment for patients and family members.
