Summary:

The Medical Assistant functions under the clinical supervision of the Physician/Advanced Practice Provider in a primary care practice. This individual assists in the preparation and delivery of pediatric patient care as directed by the provider(s) and other licensed clinical personnel. Clinical duties are skillfully and consistently performed per established clinical policy and procedure.

Required Education, Experience & Certification:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a current MA certification (or) be a graduate of an accredited MA school.
Current CPR certification.
National MA certification (preferred).
