Shift Saturday and Sunday, double shifts

We are looking for an experienced Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor to support our clinical team and ensure high quality care throughout the facility. This role reports to the Director of Nursing and oversees all nursing staff and daily nursing operations during assigned weekend shifts. The Weekend RN Supervisor helps maintain compliance with state, federal, and local regulations while promoting excellent patient outcomes.

Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises clinical care planning and care delivery, ensuring coordinated, high quality services for all residents
• Reviews and updates individualized care plans as needed
• Completes assessments on new admissions and reassessments when a resident’s condition changes
• Conducts rounds to evaluate resident status and identify clinical needs
• Provides hands on support when needed including activities of daily living, meal assistance, medication and treatment administration, and engagement in activities
• Promotes teamwork, communication, and adherence to clinical standards across the unit

Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Active RN license in the state of employment
• Peripheral IV certification
• At least five years of nursing experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare setting
• At least one year of experience in a nurse supervisor or leadership role
• Current CPR BLS certification
• Strong working knowledge of nursing practices, clinical procedures, and regulatory requirements for long term care
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful
