Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our evening shift team at Manatee Springs Care & Rehabilitation in Bradenton, Florida. As a leader on our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents while supervising and mentoring our nursing staff.

Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) Responsibilities:

  • Provide indirect patient care and supervision to nursing staff on the evening shift

  • Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans for residents

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and effective communication

  • Mentor and supervise nursing staff to ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures

  • Conduct quality assessments and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff

Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida

  • Prior experience as a Registered Nurse

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
