We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our evening shift team at Manatee Springs Care & Rehabilitation in Bradenton, Florida. As a leader on our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents while supervising and mentoring our nursing staff.

Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) Responsibilities:

Provide indirect patient care and supervision to nursing staff on the evening shift
Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans for residents
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and effective communication
Mentor and supervise nursing staff to ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures
Conduct quality assessments and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff

Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
