Key Responsibilities:

Resident Care Coordination: Develop and implement care plans that comply with physician orders, regulations, and facility policies.
Policy Communication: Interpret and communicate nursing policies and procedures to staff; monitor compliance and implementation.
Admissions Participation: Assist in admissions decisions and conduct pre-admission visits when necessary.
Leadership & Supervision: Direct nursing staff to maintain quality standards of care under Federal, State, and Company guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Participate in daily and weekly management meetings to address resident status, census changes, and staff concerns.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of practice.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in long-term care or similar setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
