Job Summary

Duties

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical history.

Requirements

  • Valid RN nursing license in the state of Ohio.

  • Experience in assisted living, nursing home settings, or acute care environments is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating critical thinking skills in patient assessment and decision-making.
