Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide personal care services, including toileting, feeding, and vital sign monitoring
Assist with mobility and transfer patients as needed
Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services
Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in training and educational programs to enhance knowledge and skills
Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff
Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of Florida
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 year of experience preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
Ability to pass a drug test
