Registered Nurse (RN) – Unit Manager
Full-Time • Monday–Friday • On-Call Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee clinical services for an assigned nursing unit
Lead and support the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care
Assess resident needs and evaluate systems that support safe and effective care delivery
Address and resolve patient and family concerns
Implement and evaluate nursing procedures and care programs
Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
Educate residents and families on health needs
Participate in quality assurance initiatives
Maintain documentation in accordance with company, state, and federal standards
Provide general nursing care as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Unit Manager, or 2+ years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, patient-focused mindset
Positive attitude and commitment to going the extra mile for residents and team members
