Two years recent nursing experience in a long term care environment including satisfactory experience in a leadership role required. Current knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to long term care facilities preferred. Recent experience in dementia care. Positive interpersonal skills required. CPR certification required prior to or upon employment. Basic computer knowledge required. Certified Dementia Practitioner preferred or willing to obtain upon hire.
